The Company was incorporated on 7th November, 2007 and commenced business on 7th November, 2007. The nature of business which the company is authorized to carry on are:
1. General Merchant
2. Running of a Beauty Salon
3. Import and Export of General goods
The company is currently into the production and sale of unrefined Shea Butter, Black Soap, and the finest natural soaps, natural oils and natural creams with no form of adulteration in order to provide our clients with the best quality of products. To maintain the quality of our products, we grow our own raw materials i.e. Shea Nuts for the Shea Butter and Cocoa for the Cocoa pod which is used for the black soap. Odeki Ghana Limited has been able to penetrate numerous international markets in UK, USA, India, Russia, Europe and other African countries such as Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya and Zimbabwe
